Role and Key Contribution to the Project

UAH coordinates WP1 (User needs and use cases) and will significantly contribute to the development of road user behaviour understanding and prediction systems for their integration in the external HMI (eHMI) and internal HMI (iHMI) for managing interactions with pedestrians and ego-driver, respectively. More specifically, UAH will work on the development of perception systems for detecting pedestrians with disabilities and on the development of driver behaviour prediction systems.
